Our client in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a qualified Area Supervisor for their 1st shift operation! This is a direct hire position with the opportunity for advancement!
The right candidate will be responsible for all aspects of supervising and overseeing multiple departments. Ensuring that production, quality, productivity, and delivery requirements are met. Monitor and, at times, schedule all production in these departments to maximize efficiency and to best satisfy the customers needs.
Requirements:
- Two or more years experience in a similar or related position.
- Degreed candidate preferred.
- Manufacturing background preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with company policy.
- Knowledge of practical heat treating and heat treating equipment; knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical concepts; knowledge of lean manufacturing principals; logical thinking processes.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
