Candidates for this key position must have residential design knowledge and be proficient in AutoCAD and other related programs.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills for client interaction.
Must be able to create construction drawings with a good understanding of residential and light commercial construction without supervision.
Salary commensurate with experience.
We are a medium-sized firm with a pleasant environment located in Historic Downtown Willoughby.
Candidates will be involved in all phases of the design process and involved in a variety of project types including commercial, residential, office, retail, religious, hospitality and industrial.
Our residential projects include custom homes, single-family and multi-family homes.
