Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and customer service, looking to grow their career in sales within a leading company in the battery solutions sector.
The position involves handling inbound leads, responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat, and providing detailed quotes upon request.
You must be comfortable with instant messenger technology and be intimately familiar with general internet, web browsing and email.
The ideal candidates will have enthusiasm for customer service and will be able to thrive in a fast pace environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Managing email correspondence and online chat conversations to assess customer needs and engage with questions, comments, or concerns.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services through on-the-job training to offer expert advice and support to customers.
Collaborating with the entire team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and contribute to team targets.
Handling customer service issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Documenting and tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Placing customer orders.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or sales training is a plus.
Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn about battery solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively both in writing and verbally.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with strong organizational skills.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with email, chat, and office software.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
Typing speed of 40 to 60 wpm Job Type:
