5K a year Budzar Industries, a leader in engineering, designing and manufacturing process temperature control equipment is looking for an Electrical Controls Designer to join our engineering team.
Job Description Use Autocad Electrical to generate electrical schematics, panel and door Layouts of custom machinery.
Maintain current knowledge of electrical controls design aspects based on industrial design and compliant with UL508A and NFPA70.
Participate in product and equipment design reviews with Project Engineer to determine the scope of design , that maximizes the functionality and reduces cost.
Seek and apply necessary information for proper use of specified components.
Support design efforts to assist in meeting schedule and budget for projects.
Review the dimensional and design data from suppliers.
Interpret P & ID, process flows, specifications and other system design documentation.
The Preferred Candidate will live in the area and possess:
Proficiency in Autocad Electrical.
Detailed knowledge of industrial control systems, motor control, and field instrumentation.
Ability to review drawings and datasheets produced by other disciplines to assure the interface is correct.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to provide accurate project directions and status updates.
