The ability to multi-task should be second nature and is necessary in our fast-paced environment.
Job Duties include the following:
Receive and place telephone calls, answer inquiries and direct clients to appropriate office staff.
Schedule and make appointments.
Make photocopies and/or scan correspondence, documents and other printed material.
Process client in-take and registration.
Prepare attorney seminar & presentation folders.
Monitor office supply levels, ordering approved supplies and adding funds to postage meter.
Manage cleanliness of reception area and office, including conference rooms and communication with cleaning vendors.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as necessary.
