We will look to you to conduct direct sales activities in order to achieve and exceed occupancy goals for the life plan community.
You will build relationships with prospective residents and share with them why Ohio Living is the perfect place What it takes High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 5
years of proven sales experience in healthcare, retirement living, hospitality and property management Responsible for exceeding budgeted independent living census goals Experience in both inside and outside sales; successful at networking Ability to create new revenue streams and feeder funnels Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ohio Living Breckenridge Village is Willoughby's premier retirement community offering long-term nursing care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and assisted living.
