Our company has an immediate opening for a full-time administrative assistant position with some customer service knowledge.

Hands on training will be provided, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Manage all operations of the reception area including data entry, filing, daily deposits, billing and accounts receivable Answer multi line phone system in accordance with company policies, using the company approved greeting in a friendly and professional manner Respond quickly and accurately to incoming telephone calls by routing calls, providing assistance and furnishing general information to internal and external callers Must be able to dispatch messages to delivery personnel Must be able to correspond with customers via email Send out billing on a weekly basis Monitor past due accounts Take care of daily deposits Maintain office files and excel spread sheets Maintain office supply inventory Requirements Must be dependable and reliable Exceptional customer service skills Ability to clearly answer multiple calls and use the intercom Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to remain positive and professional in stressful situations Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Ability to listen to customer and determine how to assist them Proficient with Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent communication skills and works well in a team environment Attention to details and accuracy Maintain professional appearance at all times Expected Hours of Work Business Hours Typically Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 8 am - 5 pm (1 hour for lunch) Wed 8 am - 3pm (1 hour for Lunch) Education High school diploma or equivalent.
